Kentucky Derby Hat Contest. We had utterly wild hat designers and our judges were completely blown away. The 1st place winner’s hat was designed with the Elks very much on its mind.

I received my card while away in Florida. Received the front part but not the back with the arrow code to get into ELKS, who do I contact or does last year’s arrow code work, been a member for 20 years!
